When we reached out to Synergistic Intervention Specialists I was following up on a recommendation. At the time, I was disillusioned and feeling hopeless regarding a family member who is afflicted by the disease of addiction. Scott was our guide and saving grace. After hearing me out, he proceeded to collect the facts. Once armed with the information Scott helped us see that our concerns were not just valid but that we as a family absolutely had to do something about it and that we indeed could do something about it.

Due to circumstances, we were dealing with a very short timeline. Scott shined through as he explained the process step by step, guided us through it, and we got the results we were looking for. Which was to provide an opportunity for our loved ones to get the help they needed by getting them into an inpatient treatment facility. That was the action needed in our case. Scott and his team were there throughout the whole process helping to identify the right facility and getting them there. What stands out is the fact that Scott has been here for us since then as well. So many moving parts, so much uncertainty, and we would be lost if it was not for Synergistic Intervention Specialists helping guide us every step of the way.
